"We came in yesterday and spoke with Sandra. She was at the desk by herself and was not able to get away to show us the model home. We mentioned to her that it was ok and we’d come back tomorrow on Saturday which she told us that we could. She also told us she’d contact us if her coworker were to come in that she’d show us the same day. She had called us back but we never saw the missed call which was our fault lol. Needless to say we came back this morning with our girls and she was super friendly to all of us. She gladly showed us the model home and we loved it. She was very accepting of our daughters being there and she included them in talking about her family and how they would all get along because they were all the same age. She answered all of our questions and told us that the negative reviews we saw were in reference to the old management and that they have new staff and it is running flawlessly now. We are pleased to say that we signed the application and now are in process of waiting to get approved for our new home. We are so excited to move into this new community and get our family a fresh start. We can’t wait to move here and become new members of this community."

She helped me with the process and got to know more about her as well. She made me feel like we were family with the welcoming words. She is very professional and always makes the process more fun and less stressful. Super attentive to everyone that walks in and speaks professionally when assisting you with anything you need. Her positive attitude made me want to come back and start the process for applying. Michelle was also an amazing help with the process. Upon speaking to management a plan was worked out to effectively get her account back to good standing. Patience and understanding on behalf of the management was greatly appreciated. My mother communicated to me how happy she is in the new residence. We are impressed how the manger preformed her duties while still showing compassion. She would highly recommended this property."
