"I am extremely impressed with the maintenance team at Royce Apartments. Their responsiveness and expertise have exceeded my expectations. Last week, I had an issue with my kitchen garbage disposer, and DJ came to fix it. His professionalism and problem-solving skills were outstanding, and he had the problem fixed in no time. This week, I had another issue in the washroom, and once again, the maintenance team didn't disappoint. DJ was again at the helm to resolve the issue. He quickly addressed it with efficiency and precision, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the service. Overall, I highly recommend the maintenance team at Royce Apartments. Their commitment to excellence and quick resolution of issues make them stand out. I feel confident knowing that I can rely on them whenever I need assistance. "DJ from the maintenance team provided me with exceptional customer service. I highly value his attentiveness and assistance in addressing the area in my unit that required attention. Overall The Royce is a wonderful place to live. You are not far from The Domain, stores for errands, the lake or the park. It’s a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. A resident of almost 3 years these are areas I wish was improved compared to other apartments I’ve lived. The gates to work on a more consistent flow. The filters for the fridge to be complimentary when it’s time to replace them. Being charged for light bulbs/or having to buy your own when needed. Living in an apartment is supposed to be convenient. If all apartment complexes were like this it wouldn’t be an issue and I’m comparing my experience to what I’ve had before. Overall it’s a great community with a friendly staff. They keep you updated on all community activities and big on residents that neglect picking up the waste of their pets. Anything that’s brought to the attention of the leasing office, they own it and get it done. Again, great place to live."

"Wonderful place to live. Very luxurious. They are great! Maintenance man named Mike fixed my dryer & was super sweet working during lunch hour. The front desk ladies are super helpful & often gift me with their grace. The pool / gym are always clean. The grounds are beautiful for walking."
