"I like that this is a very small complex which means there’s not a lot of traffic & it’s mostly very quiet. The leasing office personnel are professional, courteous & very friendly. The maintenance manager is the best. I haven’t lived in an apartment in a long time, but I have settled in, met some very nice neighbors & I’m very happy that I chose “The Cottages at Wells Branch”."

"The Cottages is a wonderful place to live. It is convenient, wonderful amenities and gives a self of comfort/home. However; It should be known that I have been a resident for many years and have witnessed a lot of changes and challenges. I am specifically talking about Ms. Nicole and Ms. Zandra. They are the epitamy of care, concern, and accomodation. They make me feel like I am the best part of their day. They are patient, and I feel like I am the most important person when I go to grab my packages or just to ask a question. I am a financial representative with 30 years of experience in customer service and education in communications. It is very important to me that we treat everyone with kindness and respect. It warms my heart to live in a placé as wonderful as it is. Again, the apartment is wonderful. I stay for the kindness, patience, and professionalism of these two wonderful individuals. Unfortunately, No good deed goes unpunished. With that in mind, I do have one thing that I must bring to light. My grievance is that I have never submitted a review about Nicole, Zandra, and The Cottages. As a resident since 2004, I have never been so happy to reside here. Thank you for your kindness and your commitment to make this a wonderful living space and people who care about being present and accomodating. "I recently moved in here and the move in process has been the simplest one so far. They have answered each and every simple question of mine and made me feel at home. The work orders do get addressed in timely manner and I haven’t been more grateful. The only thing concerns me is the crickets that have been visiting me a lot, but once I spray the insecticide, they were long gone. I will be soon utilizing their pest control facility to be more careful about the same. Thank you Cottages at wells branch! ♥️"
