"I almost didn’t want to leave a review because I know that as soon as word gets out about this place, prices are going to go up!! I’m so happy and thankful for finding the Bennett- especially after my previous rental experience(s). My new apartment is more than I could’ve wanted and for the price, it was an actual steal. Two bedroom, in the new 3rd building (4th is being built now). Larger balconies than a lot of apartments I’ve seen. There’s a nice little trail that leads to a dog park behind the apartments. Although there’s a few open grass spaces in and around the complex that serve as mini dog parks for my two pups (husky and sharpei) I actually didn’t realize that we’re located near a train track, but you seriously can’t hear anything unless you’re outside the apartment walking. Also can’t see it since there’s trees in every direction. Management is phenomenal. Way better experience than I’ve also had at other apartments. Perfect blend of professionalism, and friendliness. Thank you to the amazing team that’s made me and my pups feel so welcome and safe. I could go on and on. But mainly I’m SO excited for the next year here. PS. The trail behind the complex will take you and your pups to the Fast Friends brewery! And it’s a nice walk too."

"I loved the Bennett. It’s beautiful and the staff was so kind! Anthony was so helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions. The apartments are brand new and deserve some credit because the amenities are amazing and the floor plans are nice and open. The pool is a little small but if you’re not someone who is trying to swim laps in the depths, it’s not bad. Smart City helped me find them but they are also in a great location. Them being next to the highway was concerning but they use sound-deadening glass. So you wouldn’t know you’re by 35 unless you looked outside. They’re dedicated to making their residents happy and loved my experience with them."
