"I recently moved here and there were a few major issues to me that conflicted with my comfortably but shout out to their maintenance and management team they fixed everything that I wanted for my comfortability also in good timely fashion so that’s why they earned their 5⭐️ rating GREAT JOB LINDA AN DIEGO special thanks to PAM for the opportunity to live here which I’m forever grateful for thank you. "We have been here for 3 years . The apartment it's self did it's job. We have a three bedroom . And it was 6 of us. The maintenance (over worked) Do come through. Not right away but they do come and are nice. Linda assistant property manager and Pam do what they can and always answer the phone . So that is a plus. The only reason I give this property a four starts is because of the homeless . The property do what they can with gate codes and keeps the gates working but they are everywhere at the stores at the schools at the parks . If you don't mess with them they don't really mess with you but they do tend to leave messes and braking in things from time to time. I never had no problems with the homeless but my car was broken into and my garage . Other than that the leasing office do really try to keep it safe and gates closed."
