"Moving in was a bit rough with some issues we came across the first two days. However after speaking to the leasing manager, everything got fixed fairly quickly! Maintenance is on top of their work! Love how quiet the location is."

"Chad and Taylor in the front office are incredibly kind and welcoming. They are also so patient with all the questions I have had as a new resident. Overall, this community is clean and well cared for. The maintenance team is fast and efficient, and super sweet! Thank you Wilder for a fabulous living experience so far."

"Location: Quiet area with easy access to the highway, HEB less than 5 minutes away. Staff: Wilder's staff and maintenance team are very responsive and we have nothing bad to say about them. Amenities: Wilder is always looking for ways to improve their offered amenities. During our lease, they upgraded the dog parks with turf and added grilling areas near the buildings so you don't have to head all the way to the pool to grill. The gym is a bit dated, but the equipment works fine. Private garages are also available for purchase if you prefer to not use the free parking or need extra storage space. Noise: Unfortunately there's construction going on behind Building 11, which was loud and at times irritating due to their use of flood lights. The walls between apartments are decent, but loud "activities" can definitely still be heard. Unit: Updated interiors with stainless steel appliances, which I feel should be standard given the price range. I did feel that the amount of storage space in the kitchen was rather small. All in all, not bad, 4/5! Choosing not to renew as the rent increase seemed a bit absurd."

"This is an amazing complex. We have been here for a month now and couldn’t be happier. The price is amazing, the pool is one of the best in Austin, the location is very accessible, and the floor plans are spacious. I love everything about this apartment complex, and I would recommend it to anyone."
