"A nice corner clock that assists passerbys by tracking and displaying the time of day."
"It alright had to wait over 2 hr for them to get everything ready had to stand up the whole Time hope when I go again it better naw I probably won't go back there again"
"Went and found this cool old clock on my lunch break. “Operating through a system of weights, it is unique among post clocks in continuing to be hand-wound rather than electrified...Citizens and visitors used the clock as a meeting place and the site of impromptu New Year’s Eve celebrations.” It’s on the street corner out in the open and kind of easy to overlook, but if you stop and take a moment to check it out and read the plaque it’s a rather interesting historical treasure."
"The Herzberg family had a circus museum where the Briscoe western art museum now is. Some of that circus collection is now at The Witte."
