"I do not recommend this place. By far my worst apt experience here in Austin. We had the worst Roach infestation when we moved in. Mold issues. I felt sick all the time and told them. Water sometimes came out slimy. Juan from the office has the worst people skills. If you hate your job, you should probably quit like the others who hated working there and told me. I am not an entitled person or rude but you all sure tried to make me be that person. We are now at our new place and regret not leaving there sooner."

"This place truly is the worst. Everything everyone else has said about roaches, mold, etc. are completely true. I called numerous times to the front office when my maintenance requests were ignored and they told me there was nothing they could do, which is ridiculous. We lived with roaches for months. I was afraid to cook food or open food in the apartment because I thought I might find more if I did. I could also see them crawling through the cracks in the ceiling above the shower and by the kitchen. Truly this place is not worth spending a single dollar on. Additionally, once we moved out we were charged for ridiculous things (keep in mind we lived in this apartment for 6 months). We were charged to replace the drip pans, light bulbs, $100 for “dirty tile/floors”. These people are truly the worst kind of people. My father is a lawyer and after seeing everyone else’s comments it’s likely we will take legal action unless we are refunded the money they stole from us once we moved out. Run far far away from this place."

"Love this property! Every time I walk into the office the front staff is so friendly and very attentive. And the maintance guys always do a good job in making sure the property is always looking clean and making sure all the things are working properly."
