"I went in for a tour and I was given every bit of information I needed. The woman working was very kind and helpful as it was my first time ever taking a tour. Nothing seemed to be hidden in terms of fees or potential payments I may have had to pay if I moved forward with them. The apartment I was able to view was very nice with a good amount of space. If you're looking for a place to live I would absolutely recommend looking into Canyon Creek!"

"I've lived in Canyon Creek for almost a year now and I love it! I highly recommend this apartment complex to everybody!! The office staff and management are awesome! They provide excellent service, they're super friendly, helpful, responsive, and they care about their residents. They also make things very simple and convenient. For example, my lease is up in a few months and I want to transfer from a 2-bedroom to a large 1 bedroom. Lucy and Amanda in the front office were very helpful and made this process super easy and quick. Within "

"Please don’t move here, the rent may be low for base rent but you will end up paying 1,600+ for a one bedroom with the added fees. I’ve been only here 10 months and for 8 of those months I haven’t had a working washer that they provided. Management said it was on back order for the new washer, all I said is that I wanted a working washer- maintenance came by 3 or 4 times over the course of those months and was not able to fix it. The only urgency they have shown was when I started reaching out to the Austin Tenant Council, then they replaced my washer within hours after 8 months without one. Maintenance also will come into your apartment without notice, I’ve had them go through my back patio while I wasn’t home. On top of all other issues, bugs are a huge problem. You will be paying a pest fee but I have not once been notified of them coming to spray or do preventative maintenance. I had a horrible ant issue and cockroaches for a long time as I’m already keeping a very clean apartment. Overall a very frustrating experience. I feel very depressed living in this complex and am ready to get out."

"Aweful management and customer care. I had about 5 different water damage incidents. I had mold multiple times. There are bugs constantly around, if you want bug treatment you have to ask on a weekly basis. $25 fines for newly implemented trash policy. The tennis/basketball court is way out of date. The dog park fence has been broken a long time. If you want maintenance around you have to call and ask otherwise it will take weeks no matter what it is. Front office doesn’t take maintenance requests seriously or is very disorganized. The only upside was the rent and the scenery but the rent went through the roof so now only move here if you want a scenic view that you could get elsewhere cheaper with less problems."

"Water roaches, water roaches, water roaches. Sorry! No matter what they did they always came back. This place needs to provide pest control inside and outside every week or something. Also my neighbor had a leak and my ceiling got damaged. I thought I could make it home even after the apartment was not what I expected. What they show is not what you get. I had to have my bathroom cleaned, cabinets repainted, faucet replaced, vents cleaned, ant hill sprayed, vertical blinds replaced, sliding down lock repaired, window screen repaired, ice machine fixed, pest spray, all within the first month of moving in. Because of the reoccurring roach/bug issue I rarely stayed there and now I have to pay $2100 on top of my rent to cancel the lease. I feel robbed."
