She spoke to me with respect, great listening skills, timeliness, understanding, compassion, and top notch customer service in all forms: in-person, on the phone, and via email - it really felt like I had a VIP concierge helping me move! She left an excellent impression of Gallery at Domain, and I'm grateful to know they have such a wonderful team like Alana!"

"There are many apartment complexes in the domain, do NOT live at the Gallery. Unless you want your stuff stolen (literally your car), your car broken into, be grossly overcharged, and ignored by the staff. I lived there for a year and a half and it was a nightmare. I transferred into another apartment in the same building while I was there. They did not give me my deposit back for the first apartment for over two months (which is illegal in Texas). For weeks I tried emailing, calling, going in person, etc and somehow every time I went (literally for three weeks) the person who I needed to talk to was not there. Additionally, they took an unreasonable amount off of my deposit. After moving out of the second apartment, they stuck me with a hefty charge to clean the apartment because it smelled like marijuana ?? Nobody had ever smoked in that apartment when I had it, at all. However, my neighbor did and sometimes it would leak through the vents. I tried to explain this to them as well as sent them a negative drug test I had done for entry into my graduate program (done while I still lived there) and they still are trying to charge me with it! I had packages stolen, my friend’s car got broken into TWICE, and last week my friend's truck got STOLEN from what is supposed to be a locked and safe garage. People’s ring cameras have caught random people trying to break in and open apartment doors due to the lack of security (both the doors and garage doors never work). Horrible and UNSAFE place to live. ** edit to add. Look up the reviews on Better Business Bureau about this apartment complex, they are SCARY. Including a resident getting a handgun stolen from her vehicle with all the breaks ins and stolen vehicles. This complex is NOT accredited by the BBB due to failure to respond to business complaints. They do not care about their residents safety. Since I can’t respond to the apartments reply…. Do better. You respond to every single bad review that way. I have tried to reason with your manager and you know that. Contacting the office is useless to your residents. I filed a complaint with the BBB that they have notified you MULTIPLE times about, you can (and should) solve it there."

"I enjoy living here at this apartment complex. It has a lot to offer with three different gyms, and three different pools. There’s a dog park, and it’s within walking distance to the Domain area, shops, and bars. The maintenance team is responsive and the resident events are really fun!"

"I moved to Gallery at Domain a few months ago. The location is really the best because you have walking access to all the nearby attractions without the noisiness of local shoppers. I appreciate how the staff is prompt to help address any concerns and keeps the community safe and welcoming. The apartments are super spacious and have everything you need to live comfortably."

"Move in was super easy! I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my unit when I moved in. The neighborhood is quiet with only a few concerns about package safety. I think Amazon lockers would be best moving forward for this property. I moved from out of state and toured virtually.. i got exactly what you see online. I’m excited to spend the next year here!"
