"These are nice apartments! It's very quiet and there are a lot of trees - very pretty. The management here goes above and beyond for the residents. They are the best. The maintenance staff are wonderful, too, very polite and professional. I am a long-term resident."
"Lived here for a year last year and loved it! For the price (~$1000 if you live in a 2bed w a roommate) is a pretty good deal, and the apartment is nice, clean, and modern. Definitely felt good inviting people. The pool, grills, and gym are nice amenities to have, though you may have to walk or even drive to get there. Depending on the unit you have, there's a fair chance that you'll only share a wall (or ceiling/floor) with one neighbor. I never heard my neighbors during my time here. The tubs are also HUGE. I grew to appreciate baths since they were so nice. My only downsides are more nitpicks - the bathrooms have huge windows which is great for lighting, but unfortunately, some of those windows directly face the driveways. They're still frosted so you can't see details, but if you shower at night, you can definitely see the shadowy outline of someone showering. Luckily I'm short so my chest wasn't visible, but if you're a taller woman, I'd hesitate to take that particular bedroom (there are some bedrooms where the window faces the back or the side where much less people see). The other downside is that cockroaches during the summer are unfortunately fairly common. Think we had to deal with cockroaches almost every 3-4 days. It might've been better if we asked for pest control, but we were about to move out anyways so pest control didn't come fast enough. Despite those, this apartment is definitely a great deal if you're living in the Arboretum area (it's close to EVERYTHING you need: TJ, HEB, Costco, shopping, etc.)"
"This was my most favorite complex to live in by far! I would still be living here if I hadn’t bought a house out of state. Which is another thing I loved about Madison, they made it easy to pay a fee and get out of my lease early when my living arrangements had changed. Although some units can be outdated, the environment is beautiful. The windows in my unit helped make it feel light and airy inside and the unit itself was spacious. Niesha in the office was always helpful and sweet whenever I needed assistance with something. Although I don’t live in state anymore, I still recommend this community to friends that are seeking something around the Domain area."
"we’ve had some horrible apartment experiences in the past and madison has BY FAR been the best place we have ever lived. in my experience after about 6 months, the staff are friendly and helpful and i feel so at home in my cozy apartment. it is peaceful, there are beautiful deer to watch everywhere :) the scenery is gorgeous as well. and we feel very safe. location is great - next to a ton of shopping centers with big stores. HEB within short walking distance (or one minute drive), target 5mins away and arboretum shopping center about 3min away. the area is great for feeling tucked away in the trees while also being nearby important amenities (and 183). we very occasionally get scary bugs from outside. our unit is at the edge of the woods so we get a lot of small harmless spiders (we just take them outside), and we get a scorpion or big cockroach about once a month. we love it here tho! def check it out"
"I've lived at this complex for about 7 months and love it. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the office staff - always friendly and really helpful. Maintenance is pretty quick, especially now with the new staff they brought on. The apartments are bigger than any others I saw at a comparable price, have 9' ceilings throughout, and a lot of windows (great for my plants!). My unit is a bit dated and minor issues have come up because of that, but overall nothing major. I love that the complex is so quiet and wooded. I always recommend this complex to my friends and I would absolutely sign again if I weren't moving to a house after my lease ends."
