"Do not move here if you do not like living with cockroaches. They will not take your complaints seriously, and you cannot move there until the contract is terminated. The office is closed weekends. You can only pay the rent in person. There is no drop in rent. You can't order stuff from Amazon because they don’t receive the package for you and neighbors steal the package left from door."
"The pool has been closed all summer. and I'm paying rent. Nobody can tell me when it will be open. All of us tenants here should get a discount on the rent if the pool remains closed. Just saying.."
"I have 2 years living there and they have never gone for pest control for cockroaches and they just ignore you. There’s a lot of cockroaches and the neighbors steal your cars and they don’t send notices to advise residents."
"As a new resident I really like living here. I really don’t have many complaints. It’s clean, my property managers are cool and understanding. It makes it easier for me to be happy to come home too. I wish the gate would stay closed since it’s a gated community."
