"My daughter hasn't moved in yet but the leasing office -- especially Michelle and Gab -- were stellar. With many other apt complexes in town, it was impossible to talk to anyone. No one answered the phone, the chat was worthless AI who couldn't answer questions and getting a call back was impossible. Michelle and Gab were responsive, quick, helpful, full of info and efficient. My daughter is looking forward to living in Skyloft in the fall."

"I wish I could rate this place lower, the top reviews are clearly by people paid or encouraged to make a good review. On the first day we walked in and our furnished TV was broken, the washing machine didn't work and held water, and took a week to repair. Don't get me started on the cement pillars. In early September we went without a/c for almost 2 weeks, the management did nothing to fix it, we filed out maintenance requests that were marked complete even though they weren't, had to get upper management involved in Dallas office. We had to make our own swamp cooler and get the apartment down to the mid 80s. Horrible experience, our energy bill was extra high that month, no compensation, no anything. Half of the outlets in our apartment do not work currently, I'm curious how long this will take to fix. You are required to pay for trash pickup outside of your apartment door even though the trash disposal center is 30ft away from our apartment, dumbest upcharge possible. The door to the garage just got fixed but was broken for months, I heard there was a break in during that time, completely pointless to have a gate and upcharge for parking because of "security" when the security hasn't worked half the time I've been here. The hallways leak water occasionally, several pieces of the gym equipment are broken or unusable. I've heard of worse places to live in west campus but the only thing this place has going for it is the location, it is not worth the price especially considering they are raising rates. I couldn't recommend against living here enough, like I said the only positive is the location."

"Love the location of this place but that’s all Skyloft really has going for it. Half of the gym machines are broken and have been for a while. I hate the valet trash system… why does each lease pay $9 for it (that’s $27/month for my 3x3 unit) just for the hallways to smell like trash?? I’d rather just dispose of my own trash in the trash room. This is a scam!! And also parking is $165 per month which is insane for such tight parking spaces. Last complaint, the study areas/deck could use some updates. I don’t like that you can’t tell when study rooms are occupied and it would be awkward to walk in when people are already in there. While Skyloft may look amazing during a tour, just keep in mind these things. I hope management is able to fix some of these issues."

"I am really enjoying my stay here at Skyloft. The front desk crew, & Lili are outstanding. Always helpful. Maintenance crew is top notch. Just a couple of maintenance issues & they were fixed immediately. Gym is fully equipped, & clean. One of the most enjoyable places I have called home. Location is perfect, right across the street from campus."

"Just signed a lease here a few weeks back and have been incredibly happy with every part of the process! The staff at the front desk were very fun and helpful, walking me through all my options and giving me a tour that gave me a great idea of what it'll be like to live here, and I felt incredibly comfortable throughout all of it. This is my first apartment after moving away from home, and it was so nice to have such friendly and knowledgeable faces help me through the process. Now, after moving in, I'm thoroughly happy with my living situation. Great experience overall!"
