"You have to be very careful with this company, they will not forgive a dime even if you pay all your closing bill. During covid 19 never offered neither accepted a discount! I am also landlord and had to do that with some of my tenants as a solidarity response. Seven Months after a member of my family was a tenant at Hilltop I received a past due message from a collection company as If I was an irresponsable debtor asking me to pay less than “15 dollars due” according to them!!! Without further detail or explanation. That mean attitude shows who they are. Be careful."

"Hilltops been my college apartment complex for the past 2 years (thanks to their great renewal special) and I'm so happy to have chosen it! Despite it being a bit further away from campus, I've come to love the location. The nice walks to campus have become a morning-favorite routine, and if I'm ever inclined to I can always take the bus thanks to the 2 nearby bus stops on our street. I'm also a frequent user of the amenities here, which are always really clean & kept up to date! The management here is very very responsive, which I really appreciated, and the team is always happy to help (not to mention kind, especially the janitorial ladies and maintenance crew that I've had conversations with from time to time). The only downside is that my unit had a little problem when we first moved in but Steve was able to meet with us and offer us his continuous aid, which resolved our issue! Overall I'm really grateful to have called this place my college home :)"

"I have been living here for 3 years already and recently decided to renew my lease once again! I never had any major problems while living here. Maintenance has always been quick to come to solve whatever issue I may have and the staff in general have been very responsive! I get SMART housing so my place is really affordable compared to other apartments in West Campus. The apartment also comes fully furnished and I was so glad that I didn’t have to move in furniture. Overall, I would recommend staying here!"
