"I lived here about a year or so ago. Always paid my rent on time. Could NEVER get any pest control. It was like pulling teeth to get maintenance to do ANYTHING. Had my car broken into 6 times. Then, when I said I wasn't resigning, they mysteriously lost my last 3 payments and wrongfully and forcefully evicted me. They had the cops pull us out of the apartment and threw everything we owned out on the streets."

"Friendly leasing staff, Affordable prices, spacious apartments, although they are very old, the apartments are kept in good condition. The management is working on renovating the facilities but very slow in finishing the pool is the only thing that I consider as disadvantage."

"Overall I don't feel safe. I've had too many safety issues lately. Had water leak through my ceiling after the roof was done which I'm sure will cause mold. When it was time to turn the heat on I got dizzy and found the furnace exhaust not connected on the system they just replaced and I was getting carbon monoxide from it and from the unit below me which could kill me in my sleep or my pet if I didn't notice on my own. They never answered my emergency calls then came out the next night to fix it. The workers did "repairs" and stepped through the ceiling while here then left without testing the furnace. When I turned it on it still didn't work and being in the construction field myself I noticed it was done wrong and still is not safe. I fear for other tenants also who don't know any better. I just want to feel comfortable and safe in a place I need to call home and I just don't."

"Don’t move here. They are currently “renovating” aka slapping paint on old unkept buildings and calling it a day. It has been over a month since one of the contractors ruined our roof so bad that every time it rains our apartment floods. Now mold is all over the apartment and nothing has been done for over a month. Our mold is so bad we don’t feel safe sleeping in our bedroom and have resorted to sleeping in the livingroom. There is also a serious roach and rat problem and every other month there is a gas leak and the fire department is at our unit. Management is horrible and won’t return calls or even talk to you unless you call them several times a day(even then!) In addition, we were supposed to get our molded dry wall fixed but the contractors did not remove the mold but instead textured over the molded drywall with paint. So now we have painted mold. Don’t move here. Only move here if you want mold, rats, roaches, unresponsive management and gas leaks."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE, serious rat problem, and "renovation". Tore parts of the roof off and never fixed it so water poured in. Construction workers leave nails and razor blades all over and management never fixes the issues. Probably would be better off living on the street until new management comes."
