"We are moving out soon after several years because we need another bedroom, but we have been very happy at this complex in Covid, in blackouts, I lost my job for a minute, etc but got through it at Summer Grove. The management has always been fair, they make substantial repairs here when necessary. This is a very convenient neighborhood, especially if you like restaurants. There are no glaring issues with this complex or the management, which is a big endorsement considering how reasonably it rents for."

"I have to give a loud shout out to Jason, our maintenance dude. He's quick to help out when things go wrong. He's super friendly and always nice to my dog. I honestly enjoy it when he needs to stop by. And I have to say that when he fixes a problem it stays fixed! How great is that?! He's also not afraid of gross jobs. LOL I had a large racoon unfortunately get trapped above my apartment and oh dear goodness the smell!! He found the problem and took care of it. I do not think I would have been so brave! Thank you Jason for all the work you do to keep us going!"

"I continue to be so impressed with Summer Grove. We had some maintenance concerns over the weekend that were addressed first thing Monday morning. Jason is likely the maintenance supervisor or at least should be. He is kind, courteous and displays great attention to detail in all of his work. Of course being home I asked if he would look at a few things I needed help with and he graciously agreed. Thank you Summer Grove, Casey and Jason for continuing being the community I can rely on."

"I moved into Summer Grove a few weeks ago and I have zero complaints. My apartment was ready early and I received a phone call letting me know which was very helpful. The application process was efficient and the quickest I’ve seen for any complex. Casey has always answered all of my questions and remained professional and attentive. I am so glad I get to call summer grove my home. My apartment is beautiful. Every complex has its issues and I am particular about where I live and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve attached some photos(the dining room isn’t one of them because I don’t have my table and chairs yet) you can clearly see it is clean and comfortable. Disregard my own mess. Very spacious and quiet neighbors. The only thing I did like all new apartment dwellers should was swept, mopped and deep cleaned and then made it my own. Thank you Summer grove and shout out to Casey for being the most attentive property manager I’ve encountered."
