"Not a current tenant yet, but because of Brianna I definitely will be! Upon walking in I was so nervous and not gonna lie, she looked intimidating which that plus the reviews made me have those emotions. However after sitting down with her everything changed. She was patient and honest. The apartment she showed me was the perfect size and didn’t try to upsell me on a bigger unit. We went back to the leasing office and told me the price with everything included. Only giving three stars because I haven’t actually moved in yet. Will update three months in *EDIT* As of today the 21st of December I’ve been approved! Still at ⭐️⭐️⭐️ *EDIT* As of today the 15th of January questions sent by emails don’t really get answered. My unit is supposed to have a fireplace, and I keep getting floor plans that don’t show that. I like to plan and showing the fireplace would be helpful moving wise. The virtual tour on the website shows a dirty tub in the viewing. I will say this is my first apartment so I don’t know if I’m overreacting or not. ⭐️⭐️.9 *EDIT* Once you get approved they definitely stop communicating. Yes some questions have been dumb, however a question is a question. And now the agents in the leasing office are trying to tell me a different unit from when I signed paperwork. I’m starting to regret signing here. ⭐️⭐️ 2.19.24 Finally moved in, place is great. Charlie just left after fixing my ac unit and he went above and beyond for me!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"One star. Just moved in. They lie on work orders. They fix nothing. They don't even give you the bonuses you are supposed to get for moving in. Maintenance ignores your access instructions. AVOID. I got scammed into leasing here. Don't make my mistake."
"I've lived here since 2017, and we are now on management company #4, who seems to care about the residents a lot more than the last which is a good sign, but it doesn't change the fact that this place is getting worse as the buildings get older (built in the 80s). More major repair issues are expected. Water issues have been going on since the 2020 storm. They often turn the water off with short notice but as of October 2023, it seems the issues have finally been resolved, after months of random shutoffs. I am concerned for this winter, though (old pipe freezes and leaks). My particular unit has had almost no issues so it really depends on which building you move into. Overall the landscaping and the complex are pretty nice, it's usually quiet (aside from thin walls) and I feel safe living here (they now have night security). It's a great area with access to a lot of places, and a nice neighborhood outside of the complex to walk. If you're looking for zero problems, then you will need to move into a more expensive, newer complex. One major complaint is that they no longer care for the pool properly. It is often green, or maintenance will close it during times it is supposed to be open in order to clean it late."
"Unless rent prices go down, it's not worth it to live here. It's quiet and a calm environment to work from home in, and maintenance usually responds quick when you put in a request. However there have been about 6 instances of water being turned off for 4-8 hours at a time in the 3 months I've lived here. Most recently, the water was completely shut off for over 24 hours - no running water for $1300/mo?! That's a crime. Communication was awful surrounding the outage too. I had to email and call and practically beg for information. Plumbing vendor can't do the job? Find a new vendor to fix the situation. There's always dog poop left all over the complex. Parking isn't great and lots of car break ins. Roaches in and around units. You can hopefully find a much better place to live than here."
"Let me start by saying I love my actual unit and the apartment grounds. The pool is nice and is always clean and maintained. The location is great and so is the price. However, I have encountered many issues here since moving in. I have had multiple problems with having my unit maintained and have had my car wrongfully towed. Though management has thoughtfully corrected all the problems I have had, it's upsetting to have had to deal with them in the first place. Overall, I love my unit and the staff is very caring at resolving things, but I think they have a lot of organizing and focusing to do when it comes to moving new residents in. For that reason, I can only give this complex 3 stars."
