"Avoid at all cost. Lie about unit cost. Went there for a $1200 unit, ended up paying $1500+ without utility cost, garage or covered parking (website pricing is a lie). Forced to pay for trash valet (which is an extra $20). Gym, pools are always closed or being fixed. The gate was broken for about %80 of the time I was living there. Maintenance never fixed anything correctly so don't be surprised if whatever you placed a work order for doesn't work/fixed past 1 day. Didn't live there for the last 4-5 months of my 12 months lease (staying with new gf at her complex) and my water and electricity bills skyrocketed by $30 a month. Made me pay a $1000 deposit from an initial $200 then charged me for things I know didn't need to be "cleaned" like the carpet which only had 1 square inch of a tape residue spot that could have been spot replaced. I basically left the apartment near spotless. Below is the laundry list of things they will charge you for when you leave. Don't bother trying to pay your rent early, because according to management, the bill they send you in your email isn't the final total and secret extra charges will appear. They will harp on tenants about things that aren't their business like if your car doesn't have an up to date inspection sticker. They will secretly charge you things that your paying for separately like water usage. They are in contract with 1 internet provider so forget trying to see cheaper/better Internet provider options. They will bombard your email with stupid events that barely anyone attends"

"I recently completed a tour to see if the 1 bedroom would fit my needs. The individual who provided my tour was wonderful, she provided all the answers to my questions, showed me all of the amenities and made me feel very welcomed. Apologies for not remembering her name, but she was on point. The apartment and the grounds all looked well maintained, had a great feel to them and come highly recommended. Even a 1 bedroom had a good floor plan, nice patio and didn't feel crowded. I have added them to the top of my list when I get closer to my move date. Thank you."
"My husband and I love our apartment with A4 plan! We signed the lease with a few hiccups on our end on move-in dates, but our leasing agent, Josh was so patient throughout the process! Trust me, very few people would be this patient. When my mom and I first toured the apartment, he was so welcoming. Josh was honest throughout the tour, efficient and helped us with the entire process. And he is still helping us settle in! He is truly a gem of a leasing agent. If there is anything about the apartments you want to know or any questions, Josh is the guy for you! Overall, I love the apartments, the community is so clean and the neighborhood is very convenient for all your shopping needs!"
"I love living here. It has a sense of community, great amenities, exceptional staff (Josh in particular), and is quite. The floor plan suits our needs. The abundance of large trees on the property are unique to the area and provide a haven for flourishing squirrel and bird populations. I previously lived here from 2010 - 2012 but needed to move to Travis County for my job. Fortunately, I was able to return and love it just as much as the first time. The owners care about the property and many upgrades/renovations have been installed since I lived here last time. This is my home. I feel safe and am very happy here!"
