"I visited this property today and was absolutely amazed on how clean and welcoming the staff is! Never failed to answer any of my many questions, no matter how extra. Pool is beautiful, and gym is packed with extra amenities that are free to use for residents. Area is kept clean, also with many workout machines. I have been looking for a place to move into this past week and honestly think this will be the one. I feel safe and comfortable here already! If you are looking for a place, add this to your list! It will not disappoint."

"This is a wonderful place to live. I feel completely safe and comfortable living here with my eight month old son. There is a closed in dog park that my dog can roam around in freely. Veronica and Marissa are welcoming eveytime I come to the office with any questions and are punctual with any services I need. The maintenance has been prompt with same day response to my service requests. I would not hesitate to refer any family or friends if they were looking."

"Veronica in the leasing office is prejudice and micro-aggressive. She made false claims against my brother saying she saw him walking a unauthorized black dog over the weekend when he was very much working out of town this past weekend and the weekend before. My brother has no pets, he has watched my white(not black) maltipoo no more than 3 days for me (including while I was in the hospital having my son). Obviously if we were aware there are no visiting pets allowed other accommodations would have been made. The whole issue is a broken screen door they are trying to charge him for when in fact it was caused by wild squirrels constantly coming onto his balcony. This matter will be shared with the corporate office, her discriminating behavior is out of line."

"I had a great stay at the property. The office staff is very prompt and attentive, while the maintenance team are even faster in the golf cart, taking care of repairs. The grounds of the property are well maintained, and there's a lively squirrel community in the trees, with a particularly plump leader fondly known as "Fatty" who provides endless hours of amusement. Additionally, the Fetch package service is a definite highlight."

"Griffis Lakeline Station is an excellent apartment community. The staff here is absolutely top-notch. Every employee I've interacted with has been incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows. The property itself is extremely well-maintained. The landscaping and buildings are beautifully manicured. Common areas are always clean and everything feels new and modern. It's obvious the owners and managers care deeply about the quality of the property."
