"My partner and I were not happy living here. Within the first 6 months, I placed over 30 maintenance request, mainly because of the appliances. The design and appliances are 2010 but yet we were paying 2023 prices. Seemed like something wrong was always happening. The dog owners never want to pick up their dogs poop, so it is always everywhere. Towards the end of our lease, most of the maintenance quit and I noticed a ton of empty apartments, so that’s a sign right there too that no one wants to live there or work either. I’ve lived in a few complex’s before and this was by far the worst."

"Shannon is fanatic at her job! We recently had a flood in our apartment and she was 10 toes down helping us with every question and solution. She made sure that we were taken care of and worked all hours of the day to make sure that were taken care of. One of the best community directors I have ever interacted with!"

"I’ve been here for a few years now and It’s the best place I’ve ever stayed. The units are spacious and the pool is nice although has been shut down quite a few times in the last few years. Certain office staff are friendlier than others. Marcos is always kind and professional. Maintenance is always pretty fast. My AC broke and Ruben fixed it the same day within a few hours of reporting it. Him and all the maintenance I’ve met are trusting and helpful. Non emergencies have taken longer before but I suppose that’s normal. I wish that my kitchen could be upgraded with real counters, my rent has increased each year without any improvements, but they still look nice. Only other complaint is I never see pest control, even tho I see typical bugs through the year and we pay for that fee monthly."

"The apartment maintenance team is prompt and efficient. The staff members are friendly. However, the appliances are outdated and could use an upgrade. Unfortunately, my experience at Marquis was not pleasant. Initially, there was a dog that barked incessantly for months, despite my complaints to the management. After a couple of months, I finally had some peace and quiet. However, when a tenant moved in above me, it became the worst experience I've ever had. The noise from the second story unit was incredibly disruptive. The wooden floors creaked loudly, and every step, door closing, or movement was audible. This made it a challenging for someone with sensitive ears. The sound seemed to travel easily between the floors, making it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet. The management offered to relocate me to a third-floor unit, but I had already found a better option elsewhere. Ultimately, I decided to move out a month earlier than the end of my lease."

"Been living in the apartment complex for almost a year now and I honestly can't complain. The maintenance team of CWS are very polite, friendly and very accomodating! I submit a service request, it get's addressed 24/48hrs. Before moving in, they had everything checked, carpet is new, paint is new, appliances could use a little renew but every time I'd have a need for something to get fixed, it's always been a breeze (except for one time when we couldn't figure out the AC problem). Their trash valet have issues though. Rubbish just doesn't get picked up on time and half the time it doesn't get picked up until possibly early hours of the morning since our bins are still full before we go to bed. Sometimes Alley Waste dont pick it up because there's a swarm of ants during summer. Hopefully CWS consider a different partner. But so far, the building I lived in has always been kept well maintained and clean. Despite the gates constantly broken by some idiot drivers/resident, someone's always out fixing it."
