"The team at Bell Lakeshore have been nothing but amazing. Management is great, have personally dealt with Skylar and Francisco and they’ve done a stellar job, very responsive. That’s really all you can ask for. Property is ok, can’t beat the area!"

"I lived here a little over a year and it was a terrible experience. The apartment LOOKS nice but it doesn't justify the outrageous costs. The garage door was broken the entire year I was there, and many cars were broken into because (surprise) there's a lot of crime in the area as you'll see cops at the convenient store almost daily. I'm not sure why they never prioritized fixing that garage door with high crime, especially when residents pay extra to be able to park there. When I tried to potentially extend my lease, they tried to raise my rent by $500/month. When I tried to dispute that extra charge, citing all the new apartments nearby that are seemingly safer, they just told me it was the supply/demand of Austin. Well, more than a year later I see my old unit is still vacant and now $400 cheaper than what I originally started with in 2021. They also nickle and dime you when you move out (as others have already indicated) If you're reading this review and debating if this is a place you want to live, I assure you there are better, safer, and more cost effective apartments than this one"

"PLEASE READ - DAN: The property manager has poor communication skills and is awfully rude. I would never suggest anyone to live in this complex where the person in charge has a disgusting attitude and insane lack of manners. If I could give -1,000 stars I would. I’m so sorry to anyone who has to encounter this man at all. It’s incredibly embarrassing on the property’s behalf that this man is in a “management” position."

"The entire experience was terrible. Nice apartment, overpriced and raised our rent half way through our lease. Package system is a nightmare they try to get you to use a 3rd party that often delays the delivery. I also had my bedroom window (Ceiling to floor window) completely shattered from their lawn crew, little did I know it would take 4 months for them to replace. Glass shards all over my carpet so once I moved out they charged my roommate and I an outrageous fee which was sent to collections within the week of us receiving it so we have time to fight the charges when they claimed we had 21 days to review and pay. The manager Dan could not have done a worse job of improving the terrible situation. Moved out as soon as I could, Dan & Bell Lakeshore are an atrocious management company to deal with."
