She took the time to sit with me and hear me out on what I want and my price range. She quickly knew exactly which apartments to show me and after 30 minutes, I was ready to sign the lease. The apartment is perfect for my wife and I and after living here for month, I can confidently say I made the right choice!"

"I would like to start by saying that my Apartment is very nice, it has all the Amenities and the Manager Miss Denisse is exceptional. From the moment she arrived and took lead on managing the Complex, she made sure that my bedroom and bathroom lights were fixed. After not working for over a month. The only thing that I dislike is that they neglect the property. Unfortunately there is a lot of Homeless people in the complex. I do not feel safe especially at night. I hope that they decide to hire Security to check on the Property on a daily basis."

"Moved to Austin for work earlier this year and living here has been pretty good so far. Good location with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown. Love that I’m only 5 minutes away from 2 golf courses. Would recommend"

"Edit: this place has gone pretty downhill for us the last few months. Management is suddenly unresponsive, crime is increasing, their was a SWAT team that kept us out of the complex for hours due to a hostage situation. So, we decided to move out. Gave our 60 day notice, pay every bill on time as always, etc. Today, I went back to get the rest of our things (our lease doesn’t end for another week) and management had gone into the apartment without our consent and taken the last of our belongings. I haven’t been able to reach anyone yet and I’m shaken up and in shock. For almost $2k a month for a one bedroom, I would expect so much more- and I wouldnt expect to be robbed by our own landlords. Absolutely devastating. The management here is AMAZING, which I think is the most important part. Maintenance is always fast and thorough also, and answers our questions even if they’re small. I’ve lived in a few apartments in Austin, and this is by far the safest place I’ve been able to find, this far into the city. The gates go a long way ensuring safety, and the apartments and counters are BEAUTIFUL! If you like to cook, the kitchens are awesome for their granite counters and surface area/cabinet space- even in the one bedroom! They also are very kind and considerate when working with your budget/income. This is a very nice place, and the staff are so accommodating and understanding. It truly made me feel cared for and welcome here. On top of everything, most of the staff are bilingual and speak Spanish as well. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our entire living experience here. They keep the community safe, clean and informed. Also we haven’t ever lost power/water due to weather which is a hot commodity in Austin. If I could review more than 5 stars, I would. They go so far above and beyond."

"My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment in early June. So far the place is a dream! The Oaks team, specifically Vangie, were very communicative, friendly, and reliable. You feel instantly welcomed in by the front staff. The apartments are super nice, new, clean, and quiet. We haven’t had any issues since moving in and are truly in love with the place. Definitely the best apartment we have had! Highly recommend!!"
