"I visited this property, it was great but I am not ready to move to Austin as of yet! I did want to mention it was self guided tour but the girl in front office Raya went above and beyond to help me! I love the fact she said “go see your home and then I will show you what we have to offer” I was just so amazed she said “go see your home” instead of apartment or unit! If I do decide to move I will consider Avana Soco for sure ."

"I stopped in to take a look around. I love the style of the apartments and all of the community amenities. The residents were friendly, but the highlight of my visit was Raya! She was so nice and helpful. Top tier customer service!"

"Edit: This review is not a reflection of the manager of Avana Soco, Mahan, who is newer and extremely kind and communicative. This is about Greystar and the Complex itself. I would not recommend living here, the units are fine but are a bit outdated and when I moved in mine was very dirty and I did not feel safe living here. The three stars is simply because I had a good relationship with the manager and maintenance would always come very promptly when needed. While the manager, is very kind, the area is unsafe and not secure and I had break ins while I was there and property stolen. It is also very dirty and there is trash everywhere and dog poop (I stepped in dog poop all of the time). The dog park is disgusting and covered in dog poop. The pool is nice, but gets very loud during the summer time. I am not writing this review because I am angry, but I genuinely want people to know what they are getting themselves into. Like I said, the manager was extremely kind and helpful when I needed something. But also, all the extra added fees (trash valet, package delivery) really put strain on my bank account and seemed excessive compared to other places I could live. UPS won’t deliver to 3rd floor units and I ended up having packages lost. I have since bought a house which has been a much better investment. Also the cost of electricity is extreme, the unit was not energy efficient and I actually pay the same amount living in my 2 story house."

"Recently, I had trouble with my garage door opener. It would not close, and I had an appointment to attend. The maintenance technician came to my aid, immediately and was very efficient in resolving the issue. I really appreciate Avana SoCo's maintenance team. They are very helpful and very professional. I have lived here 8 years. It's been a very pleasant place to live. I enjoy it."

"Avana SoCo has its positives & negatives like everything in life I believe. For me I lived there for 3 years, the main positive for me was the location. It was literally a 15 minute commute in the morning to Downtown & maybe 20 minutes on my way home exiting Stassney before the back up at William Cannon. They have some nice floor plans & Avana was able to become my home that I enjoyed & loved. The main negative for me is that the floors/walls are not insulated well I think & it was loud. The pool was closed but it was beyond the front offices efforts at times. & I have had difficulty with the maintenance responding to my request to coordinate with me to be able to be present during repairs to be able to explain sometimes instead they would just enter. But I believe that issue has been fixed I know that the front office has undergone changes lately & they are shining tbh from Raya to Eli & of course Mahan they are all great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
