"When I was living at Soco Park Apt everything was horrible Brittany be yelling at her tenants, she has her favorite tenants she would evict other tenants for, maintenance lady, the gym stay lock, bunch of criminal actions and the managers don't care,homeless people comes on the property this place is just horrible."

"Be advised these apartments are income restricted. Dont waste your time touring, unless it makes perfect sense to only rent to people who make minimal paychecks, barely affording $1600 rent here as of June 2023 for a 2 bedroom, but cant make too little income because...well...$1600 for a 2 bedroom older apartments, with no gated access and questionable parking experiences....is just too much. Better bargain elsewhere."
