"This went from a great apartment to an actual nightmare. Responses to issues or maintenance requests went from prompt to basically non-existent. They were dismissive of the roach problem until I sent repeated pictures of the infestation. I was promised a treatment schedule that was never completed. My last two months I dealt with rats living in my kitchen and eventually finding their way in to my bedroom closet. I made three requests for assistance and they had delayed responses with absolutely no follow through. I had to keep my dog's food in the trunk of my car, couldn't leave food waste in my trash can, the list goes on. They send out courtesy emails about picking up dog poop, which is all over the complex, but don't do anything to fix the problem. I spent the last three months living here in absolute discomfort with no sense of peace. It was a nightmare."
