"If I could give 1000 less stars I would, once and many times. I was here for a year, the apartment was handed over to me dirty and in very poor condition, I took photos and mailed them to them the same day. The dish washer never worked, it was in poor condition. the apartment full of cockroaches and the deposit they asked me for was 1500 dollars. the floor was raised, and the bathroom, yellow and not even painted or washed. I'm waiting for my refund, which I don't think I'll even get, it's been almost two months since I left these apartments. If you can find something better, do it, it will be worth it, for a little more money. here the offices don't even respond. I will continue waiting for my refund to see if they return it to me, since I leave the apartment clean and in better condition."
"Not a very glamorous one.. but quiet peaceful place to live.. amenities are just enough.. fitting and fixtures are bare minimum of quality, works fine though most of the time.. i like the place.. well connected to downtown and highways.. you have everything basic available in walking distance.. in terms of maintenance services we never got responds.. everything else is fine as of now.."
