"2/20/24 I visited this Starbucks on Brentwood this morning because I was feeling down about being far from home ,in the city, that I didn't know anyone, and I needed something delicious to pick up my spirits. The cashier in the drive-thru was a Godsend. Her kindness lifted my spirits and reminded me that I would be ok because there are Angels everywhere. My drink and food were good as usual, but her kindness made them taste even better ❤️❤️"

"I have received the most weird rude customer service on two separate occasions by the big black guy with the little twist hair. The first time I was dining in and notice that there was a gold Christmas cup on the counter I asked him about the Christmas cup he took the cup and put it in a different location behind the counter as if I was going to steal the cup. He also Never answered my question and made me feel uncomfortable. It was Christmas and I wasn’t gonna let him steal my joy. Fast forward to today. I had a problem with my drink. He came to assist the young lady at the window and was extremely rude to me. He should definitely not be the face of Starbucks. He needs more customer training because he’s very mean and rude."
