"Staff is not well trained to communicate with customers during order pick ups. Coffee was out and nobody was doing anything about it and a number of people were just standing around with empty cups not knowing what was going on."

"I won't go back to this one. Waited 21 minutes in the store for my "rapid pick up". People who ordered after me were getting their orders before me. Finally get the order, after waiting for the majority of my lunch break, and they forgot 2 toppings on the sandwich. It's good, but not what I ordered and I don't have time to go back and get it corrected. Never had this kind of issue at any other panera"
"The products received were subpar. Specifically , the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. It was nothing but lettuce on the sandwich. No feta cheese nor marinated peppers. To say, I was disappointed when I opened my items at home is an understatement. This is the second time I’ve been to this particular location and the service has been underwhelming each time. Please train your staff to do better."
"My favorite place ever to do homework on the weekends. Orders are always made quickly and with care and there are plenty of tables and outlets. Also the ideal place for hangovers and debriefs lol"
