On The Run

"I work for Shiftsmart as a side gig of now accepted two shifts for this location the first time there was a manager and I was turned away today I go there there’s no manager the people behind the counter are just really short and ignorant and say there’s no manager but wouldn’t tell me like with the managers coming back nothing no information whatsoever so I go back to my car and I look at the Shiftsmart app because if you don’t show up it takes like your reliability points away so you could get the chance to get less or shifts by not showing up to your shifts that you picked so I ended up finding a button that said turn away but I had to take a picture of myself in front of the counter still get a check code and the managers name So I went back in there and when I went to take my picture in front of the counter one of the workers was just and I literally said before I have to take a picture she got all ignorant and I was like OK well this is my way of like how I possibly can get paid and doing my job like I said I had to so if you don’t wanna be in it don’t be in it but I have to do what I have to do for my job and then they wouldn’t even tell me how to spell the managers name they were just real ignorant and then the thing is is they literally posted like four other shifts to the store today knowing that they’re gonna turn them away so if you guys don’t need anybody stop putting shifts out there because now we’re wasting gas coming out there and you don’t know how long it takes us to get there on top of it I worked my other job last night a 12 hour shift and I actually did 16 hours and got off at 7 AM to turn around and do a 9 AM to 1 PM shift at that storeso I just missed out on sleep but they don’t care about that if you guys don’t need shiftSmart people stop posting the shifts because these people are accepting them and they’re wasting their time going up there and also you should probably tell your workers to be a little bit more polite and have better customer service I will never pick up a shift for them again or will I ever go back to that store all the other on the runs that I’ve been to besides this one and 5th street have been so nice so the Paige location the Hampton location even the rock Road location we’re all nice except for South Brentwood and fifth Street you guys should be embarrassed"

"Wide open and clean, for the most part. The bathroom was pretty much out of toilet paper and I did mention it to the person up front but they didn't really seem to care. It was pretty dead in there, but there were fewer roller grill options than I was expecting. I had my dog with me and I usually like to pick up a hot dog for him but they only had some older ones."
