I wanted to give a shot out to Thomas in maintenance. I put in a maintenance request online because my refrigerator stopped working and he was here and fixed it in less than 20 mins! Lydia is a great asset and would honestly get things done in a flash. She was very understanding and always said hi and welcomed everyone. "I've lived here for almost a decade. I love it here. Location in NW Austin is convenient. The staff is awesome. They are caring, attentive and responsive. Quiet. Good mix of families, young couples and seniors. Pet friendly. They recently renovated my unit from carpeting to wood tile floors. The amenities are great. Update laundry facility, nice tennis court (singular no lights) and small gym. I'd recommend this place to any of my friends or colleagues. Even though getting on in years the facility is super well maintained. I haven't found a better cost/convenience/quality residence in Austin."

"I moved to Spicewood Springs Apartments back in 2018. Lydia and Marcela have been wonderful since day one, always accessible, and treat you like family. I can not say enough about maintenance nothing is to small for them to help with even when the office is closed. The amenities are top notch and always clean. I have referred multiple people to the complex and my parents have loved visiting so much that they recently sold their home after retiring and are renting here as well."

"We have lived at Spicewood Springs for just under 2 years and are so sad to leave. As a young family there’s no better place to be. The whole community is out playing with kids every night during the summer, and it’s so easy to make friends. The pools are always so fun and the kids love to run around and play at the tennis courts. We used the club house for my sons birthday party and everything was great for his day. Maintenance always fixes issues in a short time frame and management is always responsive to emails or calls. There are parks within walking distance as well as the library and HEB being right in the backyard. If you follow Spicewood springs rd down you can reach Bull Creek Greenbelt and St Edwards trails within minutes. Not to mention the price is incredible considering average rent costs in Austin. I truly don’t think we could have found a better place to live during our time in Austin than Spicewood Springs."
