"The pros of this place is the location and the urgency it gave me to become a homeowner. I've lived here for over two years and cannot wait for my lease to be up this summer. I've made many attempts to contact Brian regarding my broken refrigerator, smoke induced unit, non functioning A/C, and leaks. He becomes quite sassy when confronted on issues not being handled. I even had my maintenance get cancelled, but no worries, Brian is going to look into it. And now, months after I was suppose to be issued a credit (my refrigerator froze over causing me to throw away a fridge full of perishables), and speak with someone regarding transferring unit, I am hit with fees and zero communication from anyone in the front office. I've left voicemails and emails but no response. And unlike the front office, I do not work banker's hours so I rely on phone and email to communicate. This new management team has done little to add value to this area. Of course they are polite and take extra care for those who are signing new leases, but those that are locked-in to this wretched space are left on read. Maybe Brian, or any member of AMP, reads these reviews and acts on them. Your residents are fed up with being ignored and not having issued resolved."

"2 year resident, never late on rent. I just went to the office to get my lease printed on a Thursday at 9:39 Am and was told they don't open on Thursday till 10 am. WHAT KIND OF BANKERS HOURS IS THIS PLACE? I looked at the door "Monday - Wed 8:30 am to 5 pm, Thursday 10 am - 5 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm". I've tried to give this place multiple benefits of doubt but this draws the line for me. They are not that luxurious to be having these hours, I was told to go away by the office staff and maintenance person. Allow me to tell you the issues I have had with this place and the reason why I need a lease printed. I have had multiple managements and owners come through my 2 years living here. I can count 4x new owners and different management teams. The first lease and move in check list I signed can no longer be found since the exchange of owners since then. I have had to document and take photos of all the leaking of my AC and the degrading of my bath tub due to negligence of this property management. I have made multiple work orders to which most have been ignored until recently in the past 6 months I have really been on them by making work order after work order and complaint. I have finally gotten my tub fixed, but I still am having issues with hot water only lasting 10 minutes. I have had multiple issues with maintenance not fully completing their jobs and leaving my water off, example during Christmas, no water. Multiple residents have issues with their downstairs dishwashers backing up and having stale water gather and cause flies to infest. You sign a lease here that has an add on that says you are aware that you are living in a retention pond and will / suggest flood insurance. There is multiple encampments of homeless around and in the complex. For the amount of rent i pay for a studio 1490, it's a bit high for what I am being subjected to for basic apartment management. I currently have a work order in that has gone on and nothing has been done for up to a 7 days for the same issue of hot water not working for very long. It has been reviewed and no contact made to me. Because THESE ARE the type of people that need to come in at 10 am for their apartment office to help residents. Terrible, I would go somewhere else if reading this review. I have found better for less, especially with all the construction and traffic that backs up on the entrance and exit of this place."
"Giovanna is such a sweet heart, I can't even complain.. Bryan is doing an amazing job too.. the whole staff I just moved in about a month ago, I have had a couple issues with my heater and other little things but they do show that they care and try their best. I appreciate you guys for your hard work."
"Been staying with my brother that lives in this complex. The structures are deteriorating with no signs of repair. The tenants that own dogs rarely leash them or pick up their poop. The entire complex is full of dog feces. I have been rushed by numerous off leash dogs here. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere to live! Management does nothing to curb this! Photos are just from one patch of grass. So much more that I didn’t take pictures of."
