"Where to begin with this place. Unfriendly staff, long wait times on maintenance repairs and made up lease violations. I regret my choices of living here as it's been by far the worst experience I've had as a renter. If you can wait a year or 2 before considering this location for your next home."
"Pro's : other residents are lovely ! Leasing office workers are very nice. Great location . Provide covered parking for 1 car . Cheap rent Cons:Washers and dryers broken because so many use them , but the office tries to fix quickly/ Limited visitor parking. And limited resident parking / Careful parking on the street. All said I love the community vibe and the residents are really nice ."
"3 year resident. Firstly, please notice that there are zero reviews of 5 stars in the last 3 years. The owners/management of this establishment need a serious wake up call. The beautiful water fountains are all non-operational and have been for years now. The laundry area is pathetic.. 4 small overpriced laundry machines per room and at LEAST one is always non-operational. At the time of this review, 5/8 washing machines are non-operational and one laundry room is flooded with soapy water. Upon informing the woman at the office of this issue, I was handed a business card and told that I am somehow responsible for letting their corporate office know..? Residents sometimes leave their clothes in the few working machines available for hours, preventing you from doing your laundry. Notes from management are regularly left on our door, asking us to put forth some of the effort that they, themselves clearly do not. One note recently asked for residents to stop leaving their laundry in the machines so others could use them.. (spending time and resources pestering every resident instead of finding out who it is and/or buying additional laundry machines!?) Hand sanitizer stations were installed during the pandemic.They have not been refilled even once since then. The pool gets trashed every Friday- is disgusting until Monday- and then typically closed for two days to get the PH levels right again. They raised rent 4% during a global pandemic when people everywhere were losing their homes and livelihood. This equates to (well over) a $50,000 increase in profit for them every month, yet they stopped caring about giving back to their community entirely. At the time of this review, rent has been raised an additional $200, despite every single issue listed here being absolutely neglected. Security shows up hours after calling with after hours pool noise complaints, and 'Sergeant Pena' consistently claims that his officer is 'tending to another one of their properties'. The 'fitness center' consists of maybe 6-7 machines. They do not provide wipes. I frequently find nails on the road circling the property. Our car was towed for absolutely no reason not long after moving in despite having the proper tags and being parked in our designated car port (has actually happened on two separate occasions now)"
"lots of bugs, my car windows being broken because the gate always breaks and management refused to take responsibility, and police sirens. Editing to include the extremely high water allocation rate. I pay more for water for a one bedroom than my parents 4 bedroom home. The rate here is 2 to 3 times higher than anywhere else I've ever lived in the past 10 years. In addition, if you make the poor choice to resign, be sure they give you a new parking pass. Apparently you can be towed and responsible for the cost due to office negligence. When I tried to bring this issue to management, I was promised a call back that never happened. Don't let the very nice office attendant fool you, this place is horrible. Read the reviews of anyone that's been living here a while and they will all say the same thing. You will save money by not living here"
