"Do not rent here! You'll never see your deposit returned to you, when you call to speak to someone they will repeatedly give you the run around telling you its in the mail. The lease ended in Sept 2023 I still have not received my deposit back. The leasing agents and managers are liars and keep your money. This place is still like a hotel no upgrades to anything building is infested with roaches."

"Kept my security deposit. When I called to see why I hadn’t received it, they just didn’t return my calls. I knew they were shady when the lease contained a clause making tenants give up the right to file a class action law suit for just cause. I didn’t even think that was legal. They tried repeatedly to get me to consent to them automatically taking out any charges them might come with right out of my bank account saying it was required."

"The pictures that were in the listing were NOT the unit that I was given. Everything on this listing said "Unit 152" and the pictures were not of this unit. Me, my wife and my kid had to stay in an EXTREMELY small literal hotel room at this property. The pictures depict a large room with a curtained closet with a dresser, a separate desk area, and a larger kitchenette. The unit I got in only had one nightstand, a couple drawers on the TV stand and no extra desk. There was no remote for the TV, no drain plug for the bath tub, no trash cans, no pillows... For a "furnished" unit, it was really badly "furnished". The worst part was when I showed the front desk the listing, I was told that the pictures were of the "show room" and not of the rented unit and that I "should've been told" that. I was not told that. It was nowhere in the listing, and it was a complete bait and switch. I texted the property manager and he said the same thing and "apologized" for it. Also, there was no Cable TV and it was listed in the amenities. It was at least clean, I guess, but the admitted dishonesty from the management just blew my mind. Don't rent here if you want honest management."
