"This property has attached garages and some a few have small yards. I should have leased the one I was shown a few months ago. I regret it because I had no idea how hard it was going to be to find a garage and small yard for my car and dog. The property manager is really profesional and friendly at the same time. Sincere, also. No smoking allowed property, FYI."
"For nearly 10 years I enjoyed living in this quiet community with beautiful hill country views. Donna, the new apartment manager, has done an impressive job of taking care of the property which was much needed after several years of lackluster management. The friendly neighbors and nature trails were a real treat!"
"I have enjoyed living here. It is an excellent community with friendly neighbors. There is an excellent trail for walks amongst the trees. We enjoy the area that is close to plenty of things to do. Maintenance usually comes on the day we mention an issue which has only ever been minor. I know it is under a new manager who has really turned things around from what I have heard from the community, so we haven't had a thing to complain about."
"Honestly very tired of living here, you think you're getting quality because the area but every complex in the area has nicer amenities, nicer construction, nicer interiors. I've been through 3 or 4 management's in almost 2 years of living here. The rent is astronomical for what you're getting, the pool is hardly open, the "dog area" is a joke and the fitness center shouldn't even be called that. The coolest thing about the place is the connected hiking trail but that's literally it. The paint was awful when I moved in, whoever resealed the bath did an awful job, the walls and floors are thin so expect to hear your neighbors. Almost had a maintenance man waltz into my unit without any prior knowledge of them coming. If you want to move to the area and get what you're paying for don't move here."
"In my time here (8 months), I dealt with three different managers, as they kept quitting. At one point, the on-staff maintenance quit, and all maintenance requests went unanswered. I went 6 days without air conditioning in July, and 2 months with a sink that leaked so badly, I couldn't use it. I had so many insects because we kept getting emails saying pest control had been canceled for the month (didn't stop them from charging me for it). Also, my unit had severe foundation issues - HUGE cracks appeared in the walls, and all my doors became stuck and/or wouldn't close, and one of my deadbolts no longer locked. The shifting foundation also caused my freezer to pop open while I was away one weekend, ruining everything inside. After 6 months of calls/complaints, the property manager (#2 of 3) agreed via phone call to let me out of my lease after 8 months rather than 12, with no penalty. I asked him for email verification, which turned out to be key, because by move-out week, management had changed again and they had no record of it. I seemingly got it straightened out, but when I went to turn my keys in the week of my move-out date, they had no record of it - NOR could they find any record of me at all in their system. I asked for a final invoice for my last month there (11 days) and was assured I would get one that week. It ended up taking three months (with weekly calls to management from me) for them to finally send me a final invoice (and, of course, I still somehow owed $600+ for 11 prorated days). The newest management claimed to be cleaning up "the previous management's mess" but in my experience, they were just as careless and disorganized as their predecessors. 0/10 would NEVER recommend."
