"The leasing office is horrible at communication. I have called three times about the state of the mailboxes only to be told "we will get back with you." and then I never hear back from them. There are some important documents I am expecting in the mail and I have not been able to check my mail for three weeks now. A lot of the doors don't close in these boxes leaving them wide open for just anyone to come and steal your mail. I'm pretty sure this violates some sort of law. If you want good communication with the leasing office then I highly recommend you seek another place to live."

"Don't move in this place if you like not having water. I understand that water gets turned off from time to time for a brief period of time but the water is off for hours if not a day or so in that place. I have family living over there and I have been over there many times and they did not have any water. Here they are again with no water and all they say is "until further notice". They said that Georgetown turned it off but I have called them and they know nothing about it and there is no outages. So if you like to take a bath or drink water don't move there because it's highly likely that you will want some water one day and it will not be there for hours or days.. They cannot keep decent management there ever. They have management flip-flopping in and out of there and things only get worse each time. Some of the yards around there look like Sanford and sons with trash and wire and all kinds of stuff. Please don't waste your money! Also if you see any good reviews on here it is coming from the management or from 302 owners themselves. What a dump. I cannot wait to get my poor family out of there. It is so unsanitary not to have water for the periods of times that they leave the water off. I will definitely be writing code enforcement and RPM's corporate office. There are things that code enforcement should see anyhow. PS, They are now going on 8 hours without water. I will keep this updated.. Well apparently they hit the 8-hour mark this time, SMH.."

"I love living at 302 North Apartments. The apartments are fully renovated and the property has easy access to markets and the freeway. Customer service is excellent with the two ladies at the office and maintenance is reliable. 100% recommended!"

"I honestly wish I could give this place negative stars. Let me preface this tangent; I lived at this complex for like 4.5 years. I wish I could have moved, but due to a felony this is the only place I could find in Georgetown that would let me be on the lease. When my family and I first moved in it had been "freshly renovated". It looked okay at first. It was done with the cheapest materials and the craftsmanship was horrible. Not to mention they laid sheet vinyl over tile. It was ridiculous. All of that I could have gotten over, but the real kicker is how terrible the management was. I believe they were on the 3rd or 4th management company when we finally made it out of that place. I swear they pay these people in circus peanuts. There are always extra charges on the rent statemens, they never answer the phone, and just seem as if they either don't know or care. Also, if you like to swim forget about it. I think the pool was closed 3 of the summers that we were there. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"I had a terrible experience with asap company. They towed my car without any warning, provided inaccurate information, and ignored the fact that my car had a valid residential permit sticker. The lack of communication and disregard for essential details is unacceptable. In previous instances, I've always received a paper notice left on my door regarding any changes or requirements. However, this time, I discovered the company had implemented a new procedure without adequate notice. With less than a week to comply, I was towed before realizing the updated policy. The lack of proper communication and sudden changes are highly frustrating."
