"Nothing luxurious about these apartments. No highway access, stuck in traffic 45 minutes to get to downtown if you’re lucky, movie theater isn’t logged into any apps can’t watch anything, dog waste everywhere. No drinks in the fridge and when there is it’s H‑E‑B brand soda water. Maintenance doesn’t leave notes that they were in your apartment which is insane, no parking after five and if there is it’s compact parking so you can barley open your door, I’ve had my side mirrors closed in and scratches left on the side of my car. Pleasant leasing office, knowledgeable and nice but since there’s been new management there’s no more events held other than a movie night. There’s definitely more apartments with better pricing for the same things"

"The apartments are okay. But for the price, the walls are too thin. If you live in the first floor you'll hear your neighbors conversation, stomping around, fighting, etc. Especially if your neighbors have kids. I live in a 1 bedroom and my upstairs neighbors has 2 kids, a constant reminder to me that I shouldn't have kids. Not enough parking spots. If you get home past 5pm and drive a truck you'll be forced to park in a compact parking zone, because there will not be a spot for you then. Lacks security. Both my cars got broken in to, and there's no cameras or security in the property. Probably one of the worst apartment experience."

"The staff at water Oaks has been extremely helpful. I have tried repeatedly to try getting into an apartment unit from Galveston in the Austin area and have been unsuccessful due to staff not assisting me. They are courteous, polite and professional and were able to help an out-of-town individual able to make this move situation a smooth as possible. The property is beautiful and outstanding in every way I am so grateful to the staff for all their assistance. With Full recommendation. And five stars!"
