"My roommates and I recently moved in here and we all love it so much! We’ve gone to the gym almost everyday, we’ve gone to the pool a couple of times, have walked the greenbelt trails that are right by the apartment, and have enjoyed it all immensely! "this place is great. from the beginning, the leasing aaron helped me find the best greenbelt view and the community was warm and welcoming. a lot of my neighbors had been there for over ten years. hosting friends in the outdoor spaces was always breeze, plenty of parking available and walking distance to zilker park for acl, greenbelt access! i'm sad im relocating back to the east coast but have made great friends here. huge thanks to conner and deena for helping me upon move out."

"I throughly enjoyed living at Landmark. This location is a goldmine, within fast reach to some of the hottest spots in Austin without being crowded. Living on this island part of Barton Hills truly elevates the safety component to a large city of homelessness. Gated, lots of greenery and the Greenbelt is your literal backyard, a 10min bike ride to Barton Springs pool. Avoiding mopac traffic to get to zilker or basically anywhere downtown! Management is wonderful as they continuously have guided me every step of the way. And my service requests were handled in a timely manner. My 1Bed-1bath apartment on the bottom floor had such a clean, elevated and humble feel to it. #cozyfeels #chic .. The pergola area and gym are a plus. The pool is nice in the summer time to relax, though I wish it were bigger so I could actually swim laps, but I frog leaped here n there. It was time for me to switch things up, but I would consider coming back strongly. Blessings and thank you all for an excellent experience living here!"

"I’ve been here for about two and a half months and I’ve had a pleasant experience. Aaron T., from leasing, came in when my roommate and I had to find a place on a whim; we were subleasing and were needing to vacate a month sooner than what was communicated. Luckily, the team at Barton understood and worked with our crazy holiday schedules, and we were moved in fairly quickly. Thanksgiving was right around the corner, and the staff put together a lovely to-go turkey day meal, that made me feel at home. The place is beautiful. The neighbors are nice and friendly. This complex has been here for decades, and that definitely comes with needs for updates, but Landmark has done a great and speedy job with meeting my needs. A great view, safe environment for LGBTQ+ community, and definitely an oasis from the overcrowded complexes."
