I bugged him a lot and he helped me with smile. They are all responsive too. Also I love my new apt so far! It’s brand new beautiful complex!"

"Everyone at the leasing office was super helpful and accommodating which made my move in a breeze! Chauncey and Jasmine worked their tails off to get me into exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price well within my budget. Their effort was above and beyond and made me feel like they wanted me to live there! They were very responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. Moving in was a breeze and was able to get everything done in one day while working! My apartment looks great and was cleaned to perfection. The gym is ginormous and has a free weight squat rack which is hard to find anywhere nowadays. It’s cold right now but I know the pool will be a great atmosphere and a popping spot whenever it heats up! Can’t be more grateful and happy with my new place and the process as a whole! 10/10"

"If I could give 10 stars I would! First of all I just want to say how amazing the management team is here. Chauncey especially made this move extremely easy and hassle free. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations when did finding the perfect apartment for me. I moved in about 2 months ago, and I am so impressed with how the apartment is built! The layout and the quality of the build is exceptional, definitely my favourite apartment I’ve lived in since moving to Texas. I 10/10 recommend this complex if you’re searching for your new home! Thank you team for everything you do everyday to make this such an amazing place to call home "

"I love this property! I just moved in about a month ago and only have great things so say about it! I love my floor plan, the finishes, the location and the staff are amazing. It’s very peaceful, quiet and well kept even though there is construction around as of now. The amenities just opened as well and I’m in love with them! Lots of amazing spaces to work from home and the gym and pool are amazing. Highly recommend this property !"
