"I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Maintenance doesn't work, apartments are bug infested, non-stop violence on the property, discharging guns on the property, police never show up, music blasting until 4am or later and the office refuses to do anything, and they are charging $1,000+ per month for a gym that is closed at all times and a pool that has been closed since mid last year despite CDC doing the guidelines for COVID-19. This place is trash. Planning to move out the first chance I get $1,000+ per month and being charged for a pool that is green and not even open. It's June and they just don't care"
