"I was living in a perfect apartment until Bell Partners decided to purchase the entire street. You bit off more than you could chew. I hope it was worth your reputation. I pay almost $1900 a month and I feel like a homeowner. I have paid hundreds in late fees from their system issues. Last year they migrated their payment system on the 28th of the month. What happened to you guys? I would start workshopping a rebrand."

"As a tenant living in one of the apartment complexes, I am extremely dissatisfied with how the management has handled the issues I've faced. The management appears to be poorly trained and unprofessional in managing tenant expectations and the leasing office operations. When I signed the lease agreement, I expected to have access to all the amenities in and around my apartment, and I deserve nothing less. I expect the management office to take immediate and appropriate action to resolve these issues and ensure that they do not recur in the future. However, the management office's inconsistent approach to addressing the issues and providing solutions has led to confusion and a lack of clarity on my part, which is unacceptable. It is imperative that the management office works towards a prompt resolution of these issues and ensures that all tenants receive the level of service they deserve based on the lease agreement signed. At the same time, I called the corporate office and left a message regarding my issues and requested them to contact me via call, but I have not received any callback or email addressing my issues. For future residents, you have been informed here on how you will be treated and expected nothing more from this company."

"Omg incredible services!!! These guys are geniuses. I was putting off having a few things fixed in my apartment (I work nights so sleep during the day) and was worried it would be an all day task. I kid you not, in less than ten mins they fixed my ceiling fan that was about to collapse from the ceiling in my bedroom, replaced my bath tub stopper, and fixed my kitchen sink garbage disposal!!! I am so so appreciative and will never postpone or delay services again knowing they’re hired by my apartment to help!! Thank you Juan!!!"
