"Homeless, aggressive drug addicts in the parking and in the Airbnb's. Stray animals will attack you outside of your door. Your ceiling will leak when it rains. Your water will be shut off with no warning. Your car will be flooded in the parking lot. Management and maintenance will lie to you. Management is the most blatant group of incompetent morons I have ever seen. DO NOT RENT - none of the units are checked for safety. When I moved in, the air conditioner was broken while it was 100+ degrees every day. The manager told me they would have it fixed before I moved in, but either that was a lie or she is bad at her job. The water heater has been broken for over two months, covered in mold, and leaking water into my apartment. I call management every single day, and they do nothing about it. They will shut off the water for the entire complex without any warning. Eight days of warning before they cut off the internet for the complex, forcing everyone to find another provider, AND THEN STILL CHARGED EVERYONE FOR THE INTERNET THEY CANCELLED! Management has no interest in making this complex livable, and only wants to milk the residents for rent. Over 50% of the units are being rented out as Airbnb's to drunk tourists who actively make the complex a worse place to live, OR aggressive construction workers that will threaten you for no reason. Avoid this place unless you enjoy putting your body and possessions in danger!"
