"TERRIBLE management, TERRIBLE property. Rent is way too expensive for what you get. Old and bland apartments. Electricity bill is 200+ a month regardless of season. Will tow your vehicle and there are break ins. I could go on and on. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!"

"All of these 5 stars are for Tonya!!! My boyfriend and I visited for a tour and Tonya was awesome. She told us everything we wanted to know, and was kind and honest about the questions we did have. We would’ve leased that day, if they had the apartment we looked at on a lower floor. Hopefully there will be something that opens up soon! It seems like they really care about their residents, and I’ve looked at several other apartments in Austin, and I can’t say that for most."

"I lived here for 3 years. It had it's ups and downs. High turnover in the office staff made things difficult sometimes. When we first moved in, our apartment was filthy and dirty. Paint splattered all over. I heard consistently from neighbors that this is a reoccurring problem. This place has a thing called Fetch for packages. I could write 5 paragraphs why this is a terrible service. My advice, look it up and make your decision. The homeless also come in and around the apartment. This is a complicated matter but I didn't like how no one would do much about it. Good things. I made friends at the dog park. We met up every day for our dogs to play and it was really nice. I always had nice neighbors. The location of the complex is ideal for wherever you wish to go. We also never had bug issues. Plumbing was pretty good except during the freeze but it is an older complex. The trees and walking areas were also really nice."

"This is one of the best apartments out there in South Austin. Very convenient location on Brodie lane. Every possible restaurant and store is within a 2 mile radius. The maintenance team is quick and the office is well managed. The common area has a decent pool and a nice gym. The rent is also decent compared to other apartments in the area. The floorplan I was in was on ground floor and had an attached garage which made the rent way more worth it. The community is beautiful and I would never leave it had I not bought my own home. Best apartment out there. Definitely must rent here. I cannot think of a single problem in my 2 years I spent here. Maybe they could have more visitor parking spots but the fact that they are clearly marked separately is good enough in my opinion. Move in and move out both were a breeze and I wasn’t charged anything extra or unnecessarily."
