"Very Spacious apartments. Although the year build is old. We don't get this spacious apartments anywhere close vy for this price range. During winters we see deers in the community. Definitely recommend this place. Very close to HEB, Randallas, indian grocery store and restaurants. Downtown is 15 mins away. Very Ample parking and we can walk in the community. The gym and pools are good. The office space has computers for meetings and printouts. The community organizes monthly events such as painting, donughts, and plants distribution, dance party and much more. Just a plus point some apartments have good Vastu. Grant from front office always reaches out if we submit any requests and sse to that they get resolved only then he closes it."

I have been on quite a few apartment tours in my day and he was by far the best tour guide I have seen and my girlfriend couldn’t agree more! "I found myself lost in life being divorced and looking for a place to live. I looked extensively at minimum 10 properties. This place also came highly recommended from friends who had lived here. I chose this place due to the apartment being updated yet possessing character, including a built in study. The flow is fantastic. The property offers beautiful scenery and a huge main pool. There is an acceptable gym on site. The gates are mostly closed and it feels secure and removed here. Micah Blair was my renting agent. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and sincere. She was devoid of any pushing or high pressure tactics. She listened to both my living needs and personal concerns, which she helped me navigate in relation to my decisions to live here. The rest of the staff has been fantastic, including Mario, Chauntelle? no, Charmain? no, (crap i forgot her name), Angel and Kelly. I also have had fantastic maintenance from Dillon and Juan. Beyond expectations."
