"Worst apartment experience I've ever had. I don't recommend moving in at all. Most of the staff are rude, including the manager they won't listen to any of the maintenance requests, but when inspection comes, they will change everything and charge for it even if you could easily change it yourself."

"I was skeptical at first because of the previous reviews but let me tell you it was complete opposite! The staff were amazing! The property was very neat and clean. We toured the model and its looks better in person units are very spacious!"

"Lets set aside the horrid cockroach problem for just a second. In the 2.5 years I've been here, the biggest issue I've had is with one of the staff members. I'm at the point where I hang up when calling to put in request if a guy doesnt answer. This is because one particular female employee here refuses to help without someone going above her head or to the other helpful individual employee. I feel the front office has a good enough understanding of the hierarchy to figure out who this individual is as they walked away and ignored us the last time we came in for a maintenance request. A 2nd employee even acknowledged us towards the first employee and she begrudgingly responded in a nasty and knowing tone. This happened for the first time last year and 2 times since then. She actually scolded us individually when we've gone to ask questions or request maintenance. Maybe if I have another encounter with her, I'll include her name in a future edit of this review but i just wanted to put it out there since i can't seem to do anything else about the problems involving litter, violence, noise disturbance, and complex-wide bug infestations."
