"Alarming Security Concerns and Neglect at The Prescott Apartments. Our tenure at The Prescott Apartments has been marked by a distressing array of security issues, leaving us profoundly dissatisfied with our living experience. First and foremost, our entrance door has been left unrepaired for nearly three months, and the use of a "general" access code poses a significant security risk. This concern became painfully evident when our storage unit, situated just across the hall, was burglarized. The lack of urgency and proper response from the property management when reporting the theft was both disheartening and unacceptable. Instead of addressing the security lapse, we were directed to call 311, displaying a shocking level of indifference. The presence of police on the property has become a distressingly regular occurrence, indicative of the escalating security issues within the premises. This not only raises questions about the safety of the community but also underscores the need for proactive measures to address and prevent criminal activities. In addition to these security concerns, the overall neglect of cleanliness in common areas, including staircases covered in dog hair, contributes to an environment that is both unsightly and unwelcoming. Trimming dog hair on the stairs and leaving it all behind making it nearly impossible to see the stars.The lack of attention to these matters not only compromises the aesthetics of the property but also reflects a broader disregard for the well-being and safety of the residents. In light of these significant security lapses and the apparent neglect by the management, we strongly advise prospective residents to reconsider choosing The Prescott Apartments as their place of residence. Our hope is that these issues are promptly and effectively addressed to ensure a safer and more secure living environment for all residents. While the location and newness of the apartments may initially attract interest, the ongoing issues with security and neglectful management must be carefully considered before making a decision to reside in this community."

"I've been a resident at this apartment complex for an extended period, and I must say, it's been a fantastic experience. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Parking is a breeze, and all the facilities are consistently well-maintained. One of the highlights for me is the onsite park. The dog park, in particular, is spacious, and fellow dog parents are remarkably conscientious, making it a joy to spend time there. Adjacent to the dog park, there's an additional area with hammocks and beautiful lighting. While it's not fenced in, it provides a serene atmosphere for relaxation while keeping an eye on the playful activities in the dog park. Taking a brief 15-20 minute stroll around the complex is always a pleasure. There are ample spots designated for dog waste disposal, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the area. Most residents are responsible in cleaning up after their pets, although, like any community, there are a few exceptions. However, it's reassuring to see maintenance promptly addressing any cleanliness issues. In the summertime, the pool here is great and it's consistently well-maintained. The added bonus of the outdoor pool table and ping pong table adds an extra layer of enjoyment. The grilling area is a delight as well – clean, and the gas tanks are consistently full. Having lived in various complexes, I can confidently say that this one stands out as my favorite."

"The Prescott has been a great decision. I just moved in today, but the staff have been so accommodating and I am so appreciative of all the effort they put in! Holly was wonderful and I was shocked to see that in my move in folder she even wrote me a hand written letter! After I saw that I immediately stopped unpacking and sat down to write this review. Also if you wondering about how the apartments look they are extremely spacious and updated! Furthermore, they were kind enough to let me switch a week before move in to a more cost effective apartment. Coming from downtown this has been a breath of fresh air. The Prescott feels like a home already and I am excited to live here. You truly won’t regret it, pick Prescott!"

"Best apartment I've ever stayed at! Our apartment was brand new, freshly painted and super clean. I like that they have Dwelo and AT&T instant connect which made the move seamless. The community gym and pool are great additions. Management and maintenance are very responsive. Highly recommended!"
