"I lived here for a couple of years and never had any problems. Christina is the manager and I have found that she is so easy to work with, I think she always tries her hardest to help her residence in any way possible. I think the office staff does their part in making this a good community and just like everywhere else it might have some problems but it takes the community to fix the problems and not just rely on the office. They also have a community center with a program coordinator, that provides a food pantry once a week that is free to the residents and other community activities. Yes I do recommend living here."

"We have been looking for an apartment for almost a month, and once we stopped for a tour at South Park Ranch we got hooked on the place and its beautiful scenes. The place is super clean and comfy and to put the cherry on the top, The community management team is so decent and kind, they made us feel at home. Special thanks to Cristina and all her team. "I have applied for a place here over 1 month ago and they keep dragging out the process and asking me for the same info over and over again. When I start getting frustrated with it Christina got rude and disrespectful with me and THREATENED to cancel my application. This is highly UNPROFESSIONAL and I would be willing to bet illegal too. Since this is government rent controlled housing. I would recommend going anywhere BUT here if you need a place fast."

"I’ve been here for a couple of years and would recommend for anyone to avoid living here. I’ve always had problems with my apartment since day one and work orders just take so long to be done and it’s always a halfway job. These apartments have roaches and aren’t safe in my opinion. Recently more than 20 people got their cars broken into and windows shattered. Management doesn’t do their job and make it safe for us here. Gates are broken where homeless sneak into the community and I’m always scared for my safety. Anytime anyone tries to call no one answers. Yesterday a email was sent about us taking precautions of theft and safety. It doesn’t matter if we take these “precautions” if they don’t do their job and fix gates and broken fences. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!"
