"I’ve had an amazing experience with maintenance especially Pedro he was there in the office of the apartment complex when my daughter and I came in needing some help to unlock my bedroom door because my daughter had locked it from the inside. He made me his first priority that morning and didn’t leave until he had put an easy unlock door non on my bedroom just incase it happened again. I truly appreciate people who are open to sharing their personal experiences since he also has a young daughter as well makes them more comfortable to be around. "Going into my third year at double creek, the maintenance crew and front desk crew have both been really great. They always handle things quickly and keep you apprised of what is going on. Had my AC go out on a Saturday evening and they had someone filling it up about 45 min later. Pricing is decent for the area."
