"This complex was amazing! Especially the entire staff! We used it as a second home closer to Austin. Our apartment was beautiful and we had an amazing view of downtown Austin. Very quiet atmosphere, very well maintained grounds, and the workout facility was five star! We used it every day we were there. Also we felt very safe there. We will miss everything about Pearl Lantana!"

"I am pleased to write a review about the Pearl Lantana Apartment complex located at 6401 Rialto Blvd., Austin, TX. I have been staying here for almost a year; the rental office staff is very professional, cordial, and friendly. I want to mention the prompt and excellent services provided by the maintenance staff. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request, I have received a prompt response; so far, I have had four maintenance requests placed, and I was surprised to see the maintenance team reporting to my apartment in less than 15 mins, such as changing to heat during winter, bathroom sink or tub blockage.....etc. I intend to continue renting and recommend coming to Pearl Lantana if you are looking for an apartment in the South Austin area. In this busy work schedule getting quick maintenance support is necessary to not get bothered by minor maintenance issues unnecessarily."

"I've only lived at Pearl Lantana for a year but it is by far the best experience I have had living in an apartment complex. The office staff was great from the start, including Andre who helped guide us through the entire process and went above and beyond before we moved in. We had several boxes piling up from amazon and other shipments and Andre was kind of enough to grab them for us and move them back to the leasing office for us. He called me by name every time I entered into the office and made sure we were always happy living here. The maintenance team has also been exceptional for us and always has the best attitude. We've never had a maintenance request take longer than 24 hours to be resolved. Thank you so much to Joel, Santino and Mario for all of their hard work. They made living here an amazing experience. I could not recommend this place more, the apartment finish out and amenities are obviously great but it's the staff that makes it truly special."

"This has been the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had plenty! The apartment itself, the maintenance crew, and management has truly been the best. The two pools and the amenity center are nice and modern. I was very impressed with everything they did to help out the community during the winter storm in 2021. They provided a warm place to charge devices, they gathered some supplies to share, and communicated daily with important updates. Way above and beyond. I appreciate everyone’s attentiveness over the 3+ years I’ve spent here."

"Want to feel like you live at a resort? From a fantastic leasing and concierge team to a stellar and responsive maintenance team this property really takes care of its residents! The apartments are clean and well laid out, the gym and club house is well furnished and equipped, and the pools are divine! I didn't think it was possible, but I do truly feel that I live at a resort! Plus it certainly is appreciated that when you walk in the leasing and concierge team greets you by name and make an effort to get to know you! Andre, Tasi, and Lisa are great at that! I can honestly say that I'm incredibly happy living here and have zero intentions of moving anytime soon."
