The Winery at Aerie's Resort

"Only giving 3 stars as the view and lift were unique and the venue is pretty. Service and staff were excellent. However there needs to be a change in management or owners or attitudes of both. Wine tasting is necessary for a winery. Train your staff. It's that easy. Accommodate large parties so that your staff doesn't get the flack from your bad decisions. It's not that hard to serve a bigger table or to move tables. Get rid of your ego and take care of your guests. Don't condemn or argue with reviewers. Lower your pride and accept honest feedback. Make changes. Train your cooks how to cook tuna, duck. If you want to pretend to have pretentious food then serve it correctly. If you want to call yourself a winery, then have wine tastings. Otherwise you are just another sub par restaurant serving other peoples wine."

"Beautiful views! Great dining experience! We took my daughter here for her 13th birthday, & we couldn’t have been any happier with that decision. The food was amazing!!!! We got the spinach & artichoke dip for appetizer. It’s the best I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE. My daughter loves salad and she got a Caesar salad. I had an amazing chicken wrap. My husband had the bourbon chicken sandwich. Our server, Mitchell was attentive, polite, & just awesome. Thank you for such a nice place to celebrate our different family occasions!"

"We walked in on a Saturday. We waited 20 minutes before being asked to place our order. Fifty more minutes and all we'd gotten was our appetizer. We gave up waiting at that point, paid for the app and left. The place was very loud. Too loud for us. The menu was a little high but I figured its ok because of the nice view you get of the river. We had ordered 2 Flatbread pizzas, 12 & 14 dollars. Our waiter seemed nice but for a place that you're going to have to pay $10/pp just to get there, I expected quicker service overall. I'll never know exactly how long my food would have taken to arrive or how it would have tasted but judging from previous reviews an hour or more is not out of line. Sadly this is a one and done for me. I would not recommend it unless you have lots of time to spare."
