Reviews
"Literally a grab & go location. Kiosk or app orders only; there are no registers or team member readily waiting to take your order on arrival. You will not see the typical bakery display setup either. Quaint inside seating is available but the space is really just not inviting of a dine-in experience. Food was prepared properly & promptly."
"This location looks lovely but should change its name to on line orders only. Misleading. I left after merely wanting a coffee. Kiosk order were the only no service option. Mgmt stood by to watch while 4 kiosk users were slow, filled up & hard to navigate screens while blocking the door to bend down instead of eye level. Of course no mgmt stepped in to "clean" these now germ screens after customers. Went to Starbucks for faster service. Waiting in a line is not my issue. I have plenty of patience. This location simply became a pricey, slow, one button fits all place."
"I believe this is a very confusing concept for the customer. From the outside it's looks like a typical Panera but is not. The place isn't warm and welcoming. The only workers are the ones preparing the food. None are focused on helping the customer. I wouldn't equate this place to a cafe. It reminds me more of a convenience store. The menu is more limited vs a traditional Panera. Everything is to go (which seems like a huge waste for those dining in) and there isn't plasticware available at the counter. While I can appreciate self checkouts, someone should always be available to take an order from customers with the desire or need for assistance. For example, during my visit, the kiosk timed out on a customer during checkout and her order was lost. She had to flag someone down for help, and the individual just apologized and said, yeah, these machines timeout quickly. The customer had to reenter her order. The employee didn't even offer to redo the order for her. Not very customer focused or friendly. I will say my order was prepared quickly and fresh. If Panera wants to continue with this type of self service store, they should do so under a different brand."
"Recently visited Panera's first digital cafe location! The absence of cashiers was surprising initially, but the kiosk ordering system was straightforward and hassle-free. Considering this, I'm leaning towards ordering online before my next visit. Plus, the convenience of a drive-through window is a huge bonus. The staff was notably friendly and welcoming. Overall, this Panera is a great addition to the area!"
